Element 02 of the Self-Relationship Framework

What have you already decided is possible for someone like you?

And maybe more importantly, what have you decided is not?

You probably carry hundreds of beliefs about the kind of person you are.

I’m creative.
I’m not good with money.
I’m a leader.
I could never do that.
I’m the responsible one.
I’m not someone who takes risks.
People like me don’t do things like that.

Some of those beliefs may be grounded in real experience. Some may have been inherited from family, culture, school, relationships, religion, or community. Some may have grown from one experience that became a much bigger conclusion.

And some?

You may have never actually tested them.

Self-Concept: What Do I Think I Can Become? is Element 02 of Rev. Dr. Jackie Cope’s Self-Relationship Framework. This masterclass helps you explore the collection of beliefs and ideas you hold about what kind of person you are, including your abilities, characteristics, roles, limitations, and possibilities.

This is not a course about convincing yourself that you can do anything.

It is not about replacing every limiting belief with a positive affirmation.

And it is definitely not about pretending that real limitations, circumstances, responsibilities, resources, or barriers do not exist.

Instead, you will learn to ask a more powerful question:

Is this something I know about myself, something I learned about myself, something I assumed about myself, or something I simply haven’t discovered yet?

What You’ll Explore

Throughout this masterclass, you’ll examine the relationship between the self you believe you are, the self you believe you should be, and the self you believe you could be.

You’ll begin noticing when a current experience becomes a permanent identity conclusion.

There is a difference between:

I don’t know how and I am incapable.

I haven’t done this yet and I could never do this.

I don’t want this and people like me don’t do this.

This didn’t work and this can never work for me.

The goal is not to create the biggest or most positive Self-Concept possible.

The goal is balance: developing a Self-Concept grounded enough to recognize who you are today while remaining flexible enough to respond to new evidence, growth, experience, and possibility.

What’s Included

Your Self-Concept Element Masterclass includes:

  • Self-Concept Baseline Assessment to capture where you are before beginning the experience
  • Full Self-Concept Masterclass exploring how beliefs about who you are form and influence what you believe is possible
  • The Self-Concept Triangle exploring the self you believe you are, should be, and could be
  • The Possibility Map, your signature Self-Concept exercise for discovering where your current beliefs have drawn the boundaries around what feels possible
  • Evidence, Inherited, Assumed, or Unknown framework to help you investigate where your beliefs about yourself may have come from
  • 7-Day Self-Concept Integration Workbook that takes you through Notice, Collect, Trace, Test, Separate, Experiment, and Imagine
  • Post-Experience Reassessment so you can compare what you could see before with what you can see after seven days of intentional awareness
  • Meet a Possible You Bonus Visualization, a guided experience designed to help you encounter possibility without forcing yourself into an idealized version of who you “should” become
  • Downloadable worksheets and reflection tools you can return to as your Self-Concept continues to evolve

You May Discover That Some of Your Limits Aren’t Actually Limits

Some will be.

Some possibilities genuinely may not be available right now.

Some may require skills, money, education, access, support, healing, practice, opportunity, or circumstances you do not currently have.

But there may also be possibilities you eliminated without ever discovering whether they were actually unavailable to you.

That is where this work gets interesting.

You do not have to throw every door open.

You do not have to walk through every door.

You are simply learning to recognize which doors you consciously closed and which ones your Self-Concept quietly closed for you.

There are 58 elements in the Self-Relationship Framework, each revealing another part of the relationship you have with yourself.

Element 02 asks:

What do I think I can become?

You don’t need to know exactly who you will become.

You only need enough curiosity to leave room for what you may not know about yourself yet.

I believe in my possibilities.
