Why Do I Feel Not Good Enough?

Why Do I Feel Not Good Enough?

If you have ever asked yourself, Why do I feel not good enough? I want you to know you are not alone. This feeling runs deep for so many people, and it often has less to do with who you truly are and more to do with the energy you have been carrying.

I believe this feeling comes from what I call the creator field.

Your creator field is the electromagnetic field around you. It is the energy you live in, move through, and broadcast every single day. Many great thinkers in consciousness and spirituality have spoken about this field in different ways.

Joe Dispenza teaches that what we repeatedly think, what we do daily, and the habits we live by eventually become who we are. Michael Talbot wrote about the human energy field as layered and intelligent. Frederick Dodson gives language to how emotions connect to our energetic state and how different emotions carry different frequencies.

What does this mean in real life?

It means when you do not feel good enough, that feeling is not staying hidden inside of you. It becomes part of your creator field.

The thoughts you think.
The emotions you rehearse.
The stories you keep telling yourself.
The identity you unconsciously accept.

All of it becomes a signal.

That signal is felt by the people around you. Your partner can feel it. Your children can feel it. Your parents, friends, coworkers, and even strangers can feel it. It can come through in your posture, your tone, an email, a text message, a social media profile, or the way you walk into a room.

People are often more intuitive than they realize. Many are sensing energy constantly, they just may not call it that.

So when you carry the belief I am not enough, the universe often mirrors it back.

This is where the Law of Attraction comes in. Like attracts like.

When you feel crummy, more crummy experiences seem to unfold.
When you feel less than, situations arise that reinforce feeling less than.
When you feel low, life keeps handing you reasons to stay low.

Not because the universe is punishing you.

Because energy seeks agreement.

The good news is this can change.

The moment you begin shifting your creator field, you begin shifting your reality.

That does not always mean you jump overnight from pain to bliss. Growth is often gradual. If someone has lived in shame, guilt, self-hatred, or deep unworthiness, the next step up may simply be anger. Then fear. Then honesty. Then courage. Then hope. Then confidence.

Even discomfort can be movement forward.

Sometimes people judge themselves for feeling angry or unsettled, but those emotions can be signs that stagnant energy is finally moving.

Then life does something interesting.

It often brings you another familiar situation. Another chance. Another moment that looks like the old pattern.

But now you are different.

Now you get to choose.

Will you step back into the old story?
Will you return to old habits?
Will you shrink again?

Or will you choose the new path?
The new belief?
The new version of you?

This is where healing becomes real.

You are not doomed to feel not good enough forever. That feeling is not your identity. It is a signal that something in your creator field is asking to be transformed.

And the beautiful part is this:

You hold more power than you think.

You can change the signal.
You can change the story.
You can change the energy.
And in time, you can change your life.
