Returns and Exchanges Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped and is not a custom product. To cancel an order please contact us immediately because if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Upon delivery, however, you can leave your box unopened and write “return it to sender” on the outside of the unopened package. Once we receive the unopened box in its original packaging, we can issue a refund for the value of the product only. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order cost.
For Mech Shop items, all sales are final. Only returns for damaged or misprinted items will be accepted for a return. Please be careful when choosing a size and read the size guide. RavenRabbit works with Print on Demand services for Merch items and therefore does not have control over the items they produce. RavenRabbit orders sample items and checks for quality and durability. RavenRabbit will not refund Merch items for buyers remorse.
Psychometric reading orders cannot be cancel, returned, or exchanged. Once I get the letter for the psychometric order, I will conduct the reading, therefore the service has been provided.
Any other services cannot not be cancel or refunded after they have been executed. If you have an issue with your service please fill out the contact form to explain the issue. Feedback is always welcome so that services can be top quality.
What is your return & exchange policy?
